In as open and shut a case of UNLAWFUL behaviour by an employer as you will encounter, why did Loretto appoint a QC ?
Was the timing of the case deliberate ? Did Old Pupils and / or Governors bear any influence on the timing ?
The school is now on holiday and it will be a couple of months before the Head will be faced with questions from parents.
Apparently 21 staff left Loretto at the end of his 1st year including the Deputy Head who had to make way for a past colleague of Hogan.
This is a very large number for a school this size. Are there more tribunals in the pipeline ?

Is it because it will set a precedent for other discontented teachers, parents and pupils in other public schools to voice their concerns about their own headmaster?

What has happened to the school lawyer? Loretto must be wasting at least £500 per hour + expenses – parents will love this.
Just one thought why are the Loretto Govenors not informing parents about this action.
