Man hospitalised in Dumfries attack
A man has been arrested in connection with the incident
A MAN is in intensive care after being attacked in Dumfries.
The 51-year-old suffered head injured during the assault, which took place in the town’s Buccleuch Street at around 6.50pm on Saturday.
He is currently being treated in the Intensive Care Unit at Dumfries and Galloway Royal Infirmary.
A 23-year-old man from Dumfries has been arrested and will appear at Dumfries Sheriff Court on today (Mon) in relation to the incident.
