A MAN has died following a disturbance at a flat in Dundee.
Emergency services were called to the flat in Dundee’s Provost Road at 1.15pm today after reports of a disturbance. On arrival they found a man seriously injured.
Despite the efforts of paramedics the man was pronounced dead at the scene.
The deceased is thought to be in his early 50’s. His details will not be released until he has been formally identified and next of kin have been informed.
A woman who is also believed to be in her 50s has been detained in connection with the incident and is assisting police with their enquiries. The address of the incident has been cordoned off to allow a detailed examination of the scene and door to door enquiries are being carried out.
