Police hunt for dementia sufferer



POLICE are trying to trace a suspected dementia sufferer in Aberdeen.

The male was last seen last seen wandering the streets in his pyjamas at 5.10am today in the Hilton area of Aberdeen.

He is described as being around 70 years old, 5′ 8″ in height, stocky build, has grey hair and was wearing a striped polo shirt and checked pyjama bottoms.  He was also barefoot.

The male’s behaviour indicates that he may be a dementia sufferer.

Any person who believes they know the whereabouts of the male, or who may have seen him in the area is asked to contact Grampian Police on 0845 600 5 700 or Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111 if you wish to remain anonymous.
