Police sieze £600k of drugs in Fife raid



Police on the hunt for shed thieves in BathgateDRUGS with a street value of £600,000 have been recovered in Fife.

Police recovered cocaine, amphetamine and cannabis resin following operation in the Dunfermline area.

A women and two men from west Fife and two women from the Preston area are due to appear at Dunfermline Sheriff Court tomorrow in relation to the seizure.

Detective Superintendent Colin Beattie, Head of Crime Management for Fife said: “This significant drugs recovery is further evidence of our commitment to tackle serious and organised crime in Fife. It should act as a warning to those who seek to bring harm and misery to our communities through the supply of controlled drugs. We will continue to robustly tackle organised crime groups and high level drug dealers to ensure that we keep our communities safe.”
