I’m sure Ikram was not the only passing motorist, there mustve been many other motorists who drove by without offering assistance and like the boy, thinking that it was just another drunk. Youngsters these days don’t understand responsibility and everyone is taught to be weary of strangers. Yes, it was wrong of him to tweet the photo but is clear that at that moment your brother was dozing, and i am sure he is regretful but no where as much as what the hit and run driver should be. I would ask the media to stop reporting on this incident and let your family live in peace..
