Poland & Gibraltar name squads ahead of Scotland Euro 2016 clashes

Scotland’s final two Euro 2016 qualifying opponents Poland and Gibraltar have announced their squads for the crucial fixtures.

Poland are able to name in-form Robert Lewandowski in their 19-man roster and Wojciech Szczesny – currently on loan at Roma from Arsenal – has won his race to be fit for their double-header against Scotland and Ireland.

Arkadiusz Milik, who bagged the late equaliser when Gordon Strachan’s men drew 2-2 in Warsaw last year, has been selected, while Carpi forward Kamil Wilczek could make his international debut at the age of 27.

Rookie Jessie Victory could be set to win his maiden cap, while striker Evan Green has also been called up to the national side for the first time.

Police officer Lee Casciaro, who scored Gibraltar’s first ever competitive goal when they visited Hampden in March, is named among the attackers.
