Both teams have each been given an allocation of around 21,000 for the April 22 clash, with Dons fan occupying the South, North and West stands.

Tickets, which cost £30/20 for adults and £15/10 for concessions, have now gone on general sale.

An Aberdeen spokesperson said: “We can confirm that 8,000 tickets have now been sold with one month to go until the match.

“We would like to take this opportunity to thank those who have already committed to making the trip, we hope that many more will join us on the road to Hampden.”
