I’m going to pee myself”. Hilarious moment heatwave office worker gets stuck on window ledge

THE moment an office worker gets stuck on a window ledge trying to close a window has been captured on video.

Margaret Thompson and her colleagues had opened the window as temperatures in Glasgow reached 22°c yesterday (tue).

But disaster struck as the 59-year-old shut the window at the end of the working day and could not get back down – despite being a couple of feet off the floor.

Colleagues of the 59-year-old can be heard cracking up with laughter as she pleads for help, screeching: “I’ve f*** all to hang on to.”

One colleague at FBM Contracts can be heard at the end of the clip sarcastically calling her “spiderman”.

The video has now been viewed thousands of times after being shared on Facebook yesterday evening by Linda Campbell, who works in the office.

At the start of the clip, Margaret can be heard laughing, and saying: “I’ve f*** all to hang on to, with her knees on the window ledge.

A desk can be seen just inches below her shoes, but she still pleads with others around, saying “help me”, as she clings to the frame.

A colleague offers her advice, saying: “Put your foot straight down”.

But Margaret comically hits back, shouting: “My f****** legs are nae long enough.”

THE moment an office worker gets stuck on a window ledge trying to close a window has been captured on video.

She laughs more and says: I’m going to pee myself”, as the others in the room continue to enjoy the situation.

She finally adds: “Oh Linda come on, I need somebody to hang on to” before the clip cuts out, with no resolution reached, although Linda did eventually help her down.

The video was posted on to Facebook yesterday by Linda, with the caption: “When the heatwave hits Scotland and you try to shut the windows at the end of the day.”

Linda explained: “My colleague who is up on the ledge was trying to close the windows at end of the day.

“When she got up, of course she couldn’t get down again. I thought I would take a picture, and then decided to video it.”

“I did help her eventually and she got down safe and sound.”

The video has proved to be a huge hit with social media users.

Calvin McFarlane branded it: “The funniest thing I’ve seen all day.”

Abbie Smith added: “I need to work in a place like this.”

Whilst Catriona Hay asked rhetorically: “Why is this so funny?”
