THE owner of a quiet pub in a Highlands beauty spot got a eye-opening surprise in the beer garden – a discarded sex toy.
Lisa Copland, owner of the Tipsy Laird, Kingussie, ventured out after heavy rainfall and almost tripped over a discarded double-ended dildo.
Lisa, 35, reckons the object was left behind by members of a recent, rowdy hen party.
She and husband, Dave, 46, live in the picturesque town of Kingussie, inside the Cairngorms National Park, where parts of the popular television series Monarch of the Glen was filmed.
Lisa posted the hilarious picture of the sex toy lying on stone slabs with the caption: “The things you find in the beer garden”.
She said: “We have absolutely no idea where it came from, but odds are on a recent hen party.
“We’ve had so much rain lately that nobody has been out there.
“We had a bit of sunshine this morning, and there it was!”
Social media users were quick to comment on the hilarious picture.
David Newman posted a picture of Carry On legends Kenneth Williams and Hattie Jacques with the caption of the famous catchphrase: “Ooooh matron!”
Rob McCarry commented: “Result, that’s the evening’s entertainment sorted.”
Andrew Farmer suggested: “You should turn it into a sundial!”
