Chris Turner has had a good year… so far in 2018 he has got married, been doing pilates three times a week and he also saw an old woman throw something into a bin from far away. He promises to discuss all this and more with audiences of his new show, which he wrote in ballpoint pen… on a banana.

Known for his comic freestyle rapping, improvised bars and wordplay he appears at the Fringe with We’re Where We Were, a show that claims to have an overly extravagant fruit and veg budget.

The Manchester lad turned L.A comedian has previously collaborated with Yorkshire Tea to create Blessed are the Teamakers, a tea-centric rap that went viral in 2016.

In 2014, his debut show Pretty Fly won the Amused Moose People’s Choice award for best show at the Edinburgh Fringe. He also recently won the bronze at the Westside Comedy Showdown, one of the biggest comedy competitions in the US.
