A NEW contemporary brasserie is set to open its door this summer in the heart of Glasgow.
The Ivy Buchanan Street will offer sophisticated yet relaxed all -day dining in the heart of Glasgow’s fashionable Style Mile.
The contemporary brasserie will accommodate approximately 222 guests and will be opened seven days a week across two floors.
The Ivy Buchanan Street will feature a glamourous private dining space for events, receptions, birthdays, and drinks. It also features two onyx bars.
DJs and musicians will be providing exciting, regular entertainment for those dining upstairs or enjoying cocktails at the beautiful first floor bar.
The eclectic, brasserie-style menu will offer everything from breakfast, elevenses, lunch, light snacks, afternoon tea, cocktails, weekend brunch and dinner, ensuring there is something to suit all occasions.
Sumptuous dishes will include refreshing heritage tomato and feta salad with avocado, watermelon, pistachio and olives, lobster linguine, and chargrilled halloumi with Padrón peppers, whilst the kitchen will be overseen by Head Chef, Brian Scanlan.
Sitting alongside the food menus will be a series of locally-inspired cocktails, as well as an extensive Champagne and wine list.
Notable interior features will include locally-referenced artwork, bold and colourful prints, pendant lighting, marble floor tiles, polished parquet panel flooring and a mixture of leather banquettes and bar stools – all creating a vibrant, stylish environment for guests to enjoy.
The brasserie will be overseen by General Manager, Kevin Lightbody.
