PREVIEW: Reservoir Dugs is Scotland’s answer to a Tarantino classic

How will four criminal neds react when their jewellery heist goes horribly wrong?

“An exciting new play showcasing brilliant new talent. It’s fast paced, gripping and genuinely hilarious. I was on the edge of my seat the whole time!” – Niamh Kinane, audience member.

Have you ever wondered what the Musselburgh Michael Madsen might look like? Or perhaps the Seafield Steve Buscemi?

Well wonder no more! In this new Scottish imagining of a Tarantino classic, we follow the journey of four neds, attempting to pick up the pieces of a disastrous robbery. Tensions build, mistakes are made, blood is spilled. The question is: were they set up? And if so… who’s the rat?

Reservoir Dugs by Cat O’ Nine Tales promises to be an evening of nostalgia, action, comedy and violence; with a Scottish twist which is a little closer to home.

“A fantastic re-telling of a classic film – it had me laughing out loud one minute and then gripping my seat the next. A perfect blend of Scottish humour and fast paced action.” – Ali Gourlay, audience member.
