West Ham targets Pablo Fornals after Stanislav Lobotka interest cools

West Ham’s interest in Celta Vigo’s Stanislav Lobotka is cooling after seeing that they may not be able to get him interested in joining their team.

Stanislav is said to be interested in moving to a club in either Italy or Spain, and this is what has made West Ham consider signing Pablo Fornals instead.

West Ham is keen to sign a midfielder who will join Manuel Pellegrini to take their game to the next level. The Hammers had already discussed how they could acquire both Lobotka and Maxi Gomez, who is a highly-rated Uruguay forward, at a cost of £50M.

Qualities of a good midfielder

Lobokta, who is 24 years old, has shown good performances since arriving from Nordsjaelland in 2017, and this has made him draw comparisons to Luka Modric. He has earned this due to his impressive control of the ball and diminutive stature.

For a midfielder, speed and the ability to possess the ball when closed down and under pressure is paramount. Injuries, muscle soreness, and fatigue are common in the game, and to expedite recovery, footballers can incorporate steroids from reliable sellers such as SteroidsEvolution.

Pablo Fornals is also a good player who can suit the midfielder role well, and that is why the Hammers have already contacted Villarreal to acquire him.

He is well-known for playing a more attacking role compared to Lobotka, which will be good to boost the team’s scores.

Mario Husillos, the West Ham director of football, has known Fornals since he was playing for Malaga, and he is willing to offer £24M for the 23-year-old. Fornals is a good player to be admired by any team and he is also a Spain international.

Other names shortlisted by the Hammers

Marseille’s Morgan Sanson, a good midfielder, is up for grabs this season. The French club will be selling the 24-year-old player after failing to qualify for the champions league.

West Ham has shown an interest in signing Ozan Kabak, but they are being given high competition from Bayern Munich. Ozan is a 19-year-old defender and was voted as the Bundesliga’s Champion of the Season.

He moved to Stuttgart last summer for €11 million and is being released at €15 million. Among the other names that have been suggested are Andre Gomes and Joan Jordan.

Other players transferring

Graham Carey, who is a Plymouth’s midfielder, has signed a deal of two years after rejecting a contract offer to stay with CSKA Sofia. The 30-year-old has scored 49 goals in 197 appearances since 2015.

Ruben Lameiras will also be moving from Home Park this summer and his earlier move to Bordeaux failed to materialize, hence giving a chance for other teams to seek him out.

Final thought

The West Ham team is determined to buy the best players that they can get, and Pablo Fornals is one player they will not let go of easily.
