Some of these collections include London’s very famous Park Lane, the Beverly Hills Hotel in Los Angeles, Paris’, Hotel Plaza Athenee and Hotel Eden in Rome. Now, the much-awaited Dorchester Hotel is set to open up its new branch in Business Bay, on the banks of Dubai Canal.

It will be similar to the tea time setups comprising of the 1930 furnishing, backdrops that would be picture perfect. This Dorchester collection will also bring luxurious apartments and residences along with their five-star hotels.

Reported by Time Out Dubai, CEO and Executive Chairman of Omniyat, Mahdi Amjad claimed at a limited gathering.

“This was a very special evening to look back at Omniyat’s past, celebrate its present and look forward to the next decade. Our partnership with Dorchester Collection is a key moment in the company’s history, and it was a pleasure to reveal the project’s design to all our investors and partners on this special evening.”

To this time, the group has set its sights on the fresh pastures with the announcements of the contemporary five-star hotel in Dubai.

The steel and gleaming glass tower is the best by far and away. The most modern and contemporary hotel of Dubai is under construction on the banks of the city’s downtown district known as Business Bay. The very famous landmarks such as mall of the Emirates, Burj Khalifa are all neighbors.

All the details surrounding the hotel are scant. Although a lot of the images that have been released lately give us a clue as to what it will be like and what we should expect to see. It will also include a rooftop hotel, an outdoor, open-air swimming pool and a fitness center.

The works of art are striking and will adore the public spaces, while the windows that start from the floor to the ceiling will afford the views of the Marasi Marina and the Business Bay.

However, the name of the hotel has not been finalized as of yet.

Mahdi Amjad, CEO and executive chairman of Omniyat, said: “We want to fuel unforgettable experiences through our projects and we couldn’t have found a more suitable partner than Dorchester Collection.”
