A Scottish property developer has announced the launch of sales of luxury villas on the island of Bequia in St Vincent and the Grenadines.
FM Group, headquartered in Edinburgh, has launched sales for a wide range of different luxury cottages and villas as part of The Liming resort.
The resort, part of the small luxury hotels of the world range, was launched on December 2018 with the idea to offer relaxed and secluded holidaying on this Grenadine island.
As part of the exclusive luxury Liming resort, a wide range of different cottages and villas are up for sale.
The one to six bed cottages and villas are located in three different areas, the beach, the ridge and the ridge top of Adam’s Bay on Bequia island.
Additionally, buyers will also enjoy the perks of the resort such as a community infinity pool, a private beach with restaurant and lounge bar, spa and fitness facilities and a championship tennis court, opened in October 2019.
There is also a restaurant on site and a private dock.
Buyers taking advantage of this realty opportunity will also be able to enter a rental pool where their property will be rented to visitors when unoccupied, translating into a return on their investment.
The Liming has different tax concessions which will lower the prices of the overall purchase.
Additionally, the Government has granted a concession towards Alien Landholding Licenses (ALL) for The Liming real estate, which reduces its price down to 2% of the total property cost.
FM Group is working with Caribbean investor K-Group.
All prices for the cottages and villas are available upon request. However, prospective buyers that stay in the resort prior to their purchase will also receive a 20% discount on accommodation and food and beverages expenses if a deposit is placed.
