Wood needed for a hole in one: advert for pornstars appears at home of golf

AN ADVERT for pornstars has appeared just a few hundred metres from the Home of Golf.

The poster, looking for “broad minded amateurs” was pinned to a lamp post in the well-heeled seaside town of St Andrews, near the famous Old Course.

The raunchy advert – in the town where Prince William went to university -claims to be looking for the next adult stars to feature on the website ‘Pornhub’.

Applicants must be aged between 18 and 22 and can expect a daily rate of up to £3,000 a day.

The naughty notice is situated on the historic town’s Bridge Street, just half a mile from the famous championship golf course, which has seen its fair share of holes-in-one and birdies over the years.

An image of the porn poster, which asks residents to swap the fairways for a different pastime, was uploaded to Facebook on Saturday with the caption: “Seen in Bridge Street. Anyone for extra money for Xmas?”

The advert features an image of a naked woman whose modesty is only covered by two bands of writing which describe what is required.

It reads: “Broad minded amateurs required for November/December castings. Marriot and Best Western hotel.

“Once accepted, rates vary between £300 to £3000 per day. Age 18 to 22 only. UK agents for Pornhub.”

The advert ends with the contact details for ‘Andrea’ and ‘Russel’ who claim to work for a company called ‘Boutique Studios’.

Stunned users were quick to respond to the photo of the mysterious advert.

Don MacInnes joked: “Damn! Just a couple of centuries too old!”

James EM quipped: “Presumably budding camera men aren’t out of the question.”

Dan Linger wrote: “I hear moustaches are getting big in the industry again.”

Whilst Alan Pilkington added: “I’m tempted. Must be a market for fat b******s.”

The Old Course in St. Andrews is widely regarded as the ‘Home of Golf’ where the sport has been played since the 15th century.

Tiger Woods, Jack Nicklaus and Nick Faldo have all won Open Championships on the famous course which is played by visitors from all over the world.

Prince William has strong links to the town, having met Kate Middleton, The future Duchess of Cambridge, there in 2003, whilst the pair studied at the town’s university.

He graduated with a degree in geography from the university, which was recently voted the best in Scotland.
