Corrie’s girlfriend posts adorable first video of his baby

CORRIE McKeague’s girlfriend has shared an adorable video of the missing RAF gunner’s baby girl happily babbling away to herself.

April Oliver posted the poignant video on her Facebook page on Wednesday – the same day it was announced that the landfill search for Corrie was being extended.

Six-month-old Ellie Louise is shown lying on her back, wiggling around and smiling after hearing the sound of her own voice in the short clip.

April, who is filming the clip, is sat next to the adorable tot trying not to laugh.

The fitness instructor posted the video while writing: “I miss being pregnant. Feeling those flutters and kicks.

“Being a Mummy is the most rewarding thing in the world. Love my little bean.”

Ellie’s grandfather and April’s father, David Oliver wrote: “Lol. Wonder what’s she’s saying.”
Another friend, Allison Mejia said: “What’s so funny Ellie? She’s so cute. This is my favorite age.”

“She sure is starting to look like you April Oliver.”

April responded: “Haha yeah she is funny and cute.

“And thank you it depends what she is doing as to who she looks like.”

She also posted a throwback picture of herself from back when she was pregnant, cradling her bump.

Ellie-Louise was born in June almost nine months after Corrie vanished following a night out with friends in Bury St Edmunds, Suffolk on September 24 2016.

Police believe the 23-year-old from Dunfermline, Fife, had climbed into a waste bin and was taken away back to a landfill in Milton, Cambridgeshire.

Volunteers have been searching the landfill site and were due to end the search last week.
However on Wednesday Suffolk Police revealed they were extending the search which may continue for several more weeks.

Corrie’s mother Nicola Urquhart described the development as “positive”.

Last night Corrie’s father Martin McKeague revealed how volunteers had sifted through 1,850 tonnes of rubbish already – with 370 tonne of rubbish being searched through this week alone.
