Recruitment partnership leads to over 100 new recruits for firm in Q1 of 2021

A GLASGOW based firm has reported over 100 new recruits joining its ranks in the first quarter of 2021 thanks to a partnership with a recruitment firm.

Pastdue Credit Solutions reported 110 new starts in Q1 of 2021 thanks to a partnership with Scottish recruitment firm Nine Twenty.

The success of the partnership has been hailed from both businesses who anticipate the partnership to extend.

As a proven recruitment partner, Nine Twenty has delivered quality assurance processes to ensure that Pastdue Credit Solutions increases headcount, sustains staff retention, and improves the quality of candidates attracted to the role.

Nine Twenty has established a process that includes a weekly onsite recruitment presence, a digital eCommerce recruitment solution, a candidate management system, a telescreen assessment centre, and competency-based face-to-face interviews.

So far, the recruitment results have been “impressive”, with 110 new starts in Q1 2021 following an invitation to the assessment of 177 applicants.
