A GLASGOW based firm has reported over 100 new recruits joining its ranks in the first quarter of 2021 thanks to a partnership with a recruitment firm.
The success of the partnership has been hailed from both businesses who anticipate the partnership to extend.
As a proven recruitment partner, Nine Twenty has delivered quality assurance processes to ensure that Pastdue Credit Solutions increases headcount, sustains staff retention, and improves the quality of candidates attracted to the role.
Nine Twenty has established a process that includes a weekly onsite recruitment presence, a digital eCommerce recruitment solution, a candidate management system, a telescreen assessment centre, and competency-based face-to-face interviews.
So far, the recruitment results have been “impressive”, with 110 new starts in Q1 2021 following an invitation to the assessment of 177 applicants.
A spokesperson for Pastdue Credit Solutions said: “We are proud that given the current economic climate our business has enjoyed continuous growth and is actively recruiting with Nine Twenty’s expert support.
“We continue to look for quality candidates and emphasise to them that all our team managers and many of our senior management team were once agents who have progressed in their roles through our proven approach to promote from within.
“We are dedicated to learning and development and offer huge opportunities to anyone ambitious enough to establish a career in financial services.”
Ms Rae said: “We believe in standing out from the crowd, with our innovative and creative approach to the recruitment process, an important part of which, either for ourselves or others, is our “work from anywhere” policy.
“Pastdue Credit Solutions is an excellent client, always encouraging us to implement our tried and trusted recruitment methodologies to secure its objectives and support growth.
“Our contribution to date has been significant and we look forward to assisting Pastdue Credit Solutions with its people needs long into the future.”
