The anonymous man was filmed proudly showing off his masses of unpaid fines on Monday.

The bloke revealed the wad of unpaid fines after being approached and questioned by an anti-ULEZ campaigner, who congratulated the motorist on his five-figure fine.

The video shows the cameraman introducing the brazen bloke as they stand next to the driver’s van, which has piles of envelopes splayed across the bonnet

The man boasted of his plans to continue dodging the fines.

The cameraman says: “Look at this folks, this man’s brought – how much money’s worth have you got in here?”

The man, wearing sunglasses and a newsboy cap, smiles as he replies: “£30,000.”

The cameraman continues: “£30,000 worth, this is what they think Mr [Sadiq] Khan, look at this.

“He’s brought a pile here folks, he’s laying them out on the bonnet of his van for display, ain’t paying, no way.”

The man with the pile of letters boldly boasts: “Never pay yeah, going to go home man.”

The cameraman then queries what the driver has been doing to accrue such a massive number of fines, to which he explains: “I take my kid to school every day in the morning.”

The cameraman exclaims: “You take your kid to school, and you’ve got all of these fines for taking your kid to school?

“So, this is what Khans doing to Londoners folks, man’s here, he’s brought it as a visual sign – look at this pile of letters, save the planet?

“Khan’s talking about green planet, wonder how many trees he’s cut down, how many people have got a pile of letters like that at their house folks?”

Ranting, the cameraman continues: “Do you know what I mean?

“Man’s here, all he’s done is take his kid to school and the government – our dictatorship – have bombarded him with this pile of letters.

“£30,000 worth of fines just to drive man’s kids to school what an absolute joke, people are pissed off, that’s why he’s come down to the protest today.”

He turns to film an anti-ULEZ protest which saw a number of cars and a large group of people gather in a public park to protest the ULEZ initiative.

He then goes on to finish his rant turning the camera back to the pile of letters and exclaiming: “£30,000 worth, an absolute joke.”

The footage was shared to social media on Monday with the caption: “ULEZ fines worth £30k for taking your kids to school.”

The clip has since gained over 9,500 likes and more than 620 comments from users stunned at the massive bill the bloke has racked up.

One user said: “Cheaper to buy a ULEZ compliant van.”

Another added: “They’ll send debt collectors, going to be problems for ages.”

A third commented: “The more people that refuse to pay the better, they cancelled ULEZ in Birmingham because people refused to pay so it does work.”

Another suggested: “He won’t be able to get a contract phone when they are finished with him. That will cost him so much grief the rest of his life.

“Agree, no ULEZ. But you need to be smarter than that.”
