Michelin Star chef Tom Kitchin today taught pupils from Granton Primary school about seasonal Scottish produce.
The 25 kids, aged 10-11, were shown an array of colourful, locally-sourced produce drawn straight from Scotland’s natural larder, including oysters and one of Tom’s favourite ingredients – a pig’s head.
