A BREWERY has been slammed for naming their newest beer after a notorious suicide spot.

Beachy Head Christmas Jumper is the latest real ale offering from the Beachy Head Brewery.

The families of suicide victims today slammed the name.

Keith Lane, 61, whose wife died at the 530ft cliff near Eastbourn in 2004, said the name was “disgusting”.

The brewery insisted any references to the suicide spot were unintentional.
