A HEARTWARMING video shows an entire class of primary school children ecstatically dancing to a song by Scots band Travis – over 6,000 miles away in Peru.

The class of nine- and 10-year-olds even link arms and do a Highland jig as they watch a video of Fran Healy and his bandmates perform Magnificent Time.

The clip was shot in a school in the capital Lima and was posted by their teacher – and Travis superfan – Jorge Juarez.

Jorge tweeted the clip with the caption: “I showed this amazing song to my 4th grade students. The result: best class ever.”

He and his pupils were rewarded with a retweet by Fran Healey.

Jorge responded: “OMG the kids are gonna get crazy when I tell them you retweeted the video. Thank you so much.”

The English teacher has since been receiving praise over social media for his fun-filled teaching skills.
