A SCOTS pipeline engineering specialist group has announced that their CEO is stepping down ahead of their annual revenue announcement.
STATS Groupās Chief Executive Officer Leigh Howarth will assume a leadership transition from CEO to a Non-Executive Director role within the company.
The current Regional Director North America & Global Sales Director, Stephen Rawlinson will succeed Mr Howarth.
Mr Howarth was appointed CEO in 2016 of the company based in Kintore, Aberdeenshire.
This change in position comes as STATS prepares to announce record annual revenues in their year-end accounts.

Mr Rawlinson has spent 13 years in various management roles at STATS, including General Manager, Regional Director and Sales Director positions in North America, and has supported STATSā growth over the past decade.
Mr Rawlinson added: āIād like to thank the board and Mitsui for this opportunity to lead the STATS business.
