Police appeal for stolen staffie



TAYSIDE police are searching for a Staffordshire Terrier dog that has been stolen.

The theft occurred on Monday, May 1 at 11.10am outside Barclays Bank in Dundee High Street.

The brindle coloured dog had been secured to a bench and was wearing a pink harness at the time it was taken.

The man thought to be responsible is described as a white European male with short dark hair and was wearing a dark coloured jacket.

Tayside Police would like to hear from anyone who may have witnessed or who has information in relation to this crime as a matter of urgency.
