Children’s charity fund Parimatch Foundation is one of the largest charitable foundations in Ukraine today, which has made a lot of efforts to help children in 4 countries around the world. The children’s aid program includes sports, innovative education and, most importantly, the well-being of each child under care, of which there are already more than 1,589. By the end of 2021, more than 10 million hryvnias have been allocated to the charity fund for children, and this number is growing every day.
The fund primarily supports people in need. Priority is given to children, women, persons with disabilities, and the elderly. “Parimatch Foundation” can provide humanitarian aid: food kits, equip shelters to ensure a comfortable stay for internally displaced persons.
In addition, they discussed the possibility of implementing the “New physical culture” program in Bukovyna. It provides for providing shelters where children temporarily live with sports equipment.
Vadim Misyura, director of public relations of the foundation, Vadim Misyura, discussed the specifics of cooperation with our region with People’s Deputy of Ukraine Olena Lys, deputy head of Chernivtsi OVA Iryna Isopenko. And director of the Department of Education and Science Oksana Sakrier.
“We are fruitfully working in the humanitarian direction, expanding the circle of partners and friends. Thank you for having the will to join this process,” said Iryna Isopenko. Olena Lys, in her turn, noted the coordinated work of the regional military administration and international charitable organizations in the issue of support for displaced persons.
“Ukrainians, who were forced to leave their homes because of the “liberators” and their rockets and settle in Bukovyna, really feel the support of the authorities and well-wishers here. They act together to ensure maximum comfort for internally displaced persons,” the deputy noted. Vadym Misyura spoke about the work of the “Parimatch Foundation” and directions in which they can cooperate with the Chernivtsi region.
Charity fund for children
In the Telegram channel, five leading specialists in the field of child psychology conduct consultations on an ongoing basis. Project participants include leading psychologists, experienced teachers, and parents who are ready to share their experience. However, the activity of the channel is not just general recommendations.
Project participants are offered systematic performance of specific exercises, in children’s fund recommendations are provided on the use of breathing techniques in a critical situation, and practical classes are held.
An important aspect of the work is counseling of parents, and it is carried out completely free of charge thanks to the activities of the foundation for children. The form of cooperation may be different, depending on the requests of a particular family.
The war became an unbearably difficult test for the children’s psyche. Do not expect that the problems will disappear on their own. Namely, you need to prepare: that after some time the moral and psychological results of the war will be felt by children more than anyone else. That is why qualified specialists should help children.
But since any activity requires financial investments, Parimatch foundation for children decided to include this organization in the list of its charitable objects. It is necessary to help now, the work to preserve the nation’s mental health cannot be postponed for later.
