Shocking images show aftermath of attack on dad who was “volleyed” in face

SHOCKING pictures show how a dad was ‘volleyed’ in the face during a vicious and unprovoked attack outside a bus station.

Charles Taylor was out in Glasgow when a “vile piece of s***” left him unconscious near Buchanan Bus Station.

The images show how the 29-year-old was left with a deep cut to his nose and other injuries to his face.

Charles’s wife, Heather, decided to share the pictures to Facebook in an appeal to find any witnesses of the incident.

She said: “Debated weather to put this on Facebook but Charles can hardly remember a thing as to what happened so I am asking for anyone who seen anything outside Buchanan bus station around 2.30-3am this morning to contact us.

“Some people who did see what happened stopped to help him and gave him his jackets etc while he was unconscious on the floor. I just want to thank them too as if it wasn’t for them he might not be here.

“Absolute scumbag who did this I hope we find out who you are and you get what’s coming to you, you vile piece of s***.

“My wee 3 year old son could have lost his f****** hero all because you think you can attack someone, knock them out and volley into his face and leave him unconscious on a main road.

“You horrible horrible person. Police are investigating but please if anyone seen or knows anything let me know.

“And also thank the people who helped him and got him an ambulance and stayed with him till they came.”

The first picture appears to show how Charles, from Glasgow, is unable to open his left eye and has a deep cut across the bridge of his nose.

He also also a large lump at the top of his forehead and his lips are severely cut.

As second picture shows him lying on a hospital bed folding his arms which are covered in blood stains.

Heather’s post racked up more than 1,400 reactions on Facebook since being uploaded yesterday morning and over 1,300 shares.
