How Longer Orgasms Impact Quality of Sex

Let’s be honest — we all want a fantastic sex life and many of us want to an improve our sex lives and have longer (or simply better) orgasms.

According to HealthLine, one of the best practices for helping you learn to last longer in bed and have better, longer, and more intense orgasms is through a practice called “edging” (getting on the verge of orgasm and learning to control it).

While this practice is fantastic for understanding yourself in the bedroom and exploring the possibilities of your (and your partners) ultimate climax, it doesn’t exactly address the prevalence of regular sexual dysfunction. Nor the prevalence of sexual dysfunction if you’re a few years of age past your “prime”.

According to a 2019 article in the New York Post, roughly 92 percent of Americans are “satisfied overall” with their sex lives. However, only 57 percent reported being “very satisfied” and a whopping 42 percent said they would rather not have sex at all than have “bad sex.” Whatever category you fall in, check out these three tips to have longer and better orgasms to improve your sex life.

1. Consider an Erectin supplement.

Having trouble getting and keeping your erections? Want to amp up your sex life? There are a wide variety of male enhancements on the market claiming to help the general population with their issues regarding sexual dysfunction and/or increase their sexual activity. So how can you know who to trust? This Erectin review discusses the proven effectiveness of Erectin for combating sexual dysfunction (including issues with erections, low libido, and unsatisfying orgasms) and increasing overall sexual activity and sexual function. According to this free article, Erectin works by increasing nitric oxide in the blood and opening the blood vessels. This allows more blood to get to your brain and your penis resulting in a higher libido and stronger, harder, and more sensitive erections. Long-term this leads to mind-blowing orgasms and increased sexual stamina.

A prospective study done on a small sample size of seventy-eight men suffering from moderate sexual dysfunction showed that 71.43 percent had an increase in intercourse satisfaction and sexual satisfaction, 62.82 percent had increased ability to maintain erections, 47 percent had an increase in sexual desire, and 22.49 percent had an increase in frequency and quality of orgasms.

Plus, according to the systematic review and a review on their official website, Erectin can not only increase sexual function, it can increase energy for daily activities as well. When it comes to safety options and male enhancement products, this is probably your best option. Because it’s made from all-natural ingredients, negative side effects are unlikely in the general population.

2. Keep open communication with your partner.

While it can be awkward, pleasurable sexual activity between two people takes more than just thrashing against each other. By finding ways to communicate with your partner about what you like, dislike, and need you can teach each other how to help each other climax as hard (and as long) as your bodies are capable of handling.

According to the New York Post, the number one way the general population is increasing their sexual activity and overall sexual pleasure by telling their partners “how to please them.” A huge majority — 74 percent — of those surveyed said that speaking up about what they want sexually increased sexual function and pleasure, and 65 percent reported being “happy” to assist their partner in helping them reach orgasm.

3. Be open to experimenting.

It’s important to be willing to experiment with your partner with what makes each of you feel good (and comfortable) while reaching your ultimate heights of pleasure. According to the survey from the New York Post article, almost half (47 percent) of the general population has used sex toys to “maximize their sexual pleasure”, which isn’t too surprising considering 83 percent of women reported that clitoral stimulation helps them reach orgasm.

Want to have longer more intense orgasms? According to Everyday Health the secret could be in practicing your Kegel exercises (yes, these are for men and women) and enjoying regular sex. Kegel exercises have also been shown to help men avoid sexual dysfunction (namely, erectile dysfunction).

Considering the many benefits of orgasms, it’s well worth the mild anxiety that comes with mixing things up to achieve optimal sexual function. According to Everyday Health, having regular orgasms plays a role in both our emotional and physical health. By having at least one orgasm a week you can receive health benefits such as a lower risk of prostate cancer, natural pain relief, improved cardiovascular health, improved sleep, and improved moods.
