Police search for missing man


LOTHIAN and Borders Police are appealing for information on the whereabouts of an Edinburgh man who is missing from the Morningside area of the city.

David Davies, 61, was last seen at lunchtime on March 5, 2012, and has not been in contact with any of his family or friends since.

He is known to frequent the Pentland Hills area.

David is described as being 5ft 9ins tall and of slim build, with short dark hair and hazel eyes. He is believed to be wearing a beige duffel coat and tracksuit bottoms, colour unknown.

Anyone who may have seen Mr Davies or recognise his description is asked to get in touch.
