“MORON” motorcyclists have been slammed online after a video emerged showing them doing wheelies along a motorway.
The bikers were filmed hurtling down the M60 in Manchester and even passed a police car during the incident, which is believed to have taken place over the weekend.
The video was posted yesterday by a dashcam video sharing page on Facebook and shows one motorcyclist filming from his bike as his friends attempt the dangerous stunts.
The video starts by showing a driver in a bluejacket doing wheelies down a suburban road at speed.
The man in the blue jacket is unfazed by traffic passing him by, as he continues to wheelie past a car and several other road users.
Another man in a red jacket can be seen doing the same tricks on a road leading to the M60.
Later the man in the red jacket can be seen standing on top of his bike at high speeds.
Passing under a M60 sign on the motorway, the men in the blue and red jackets continue their tricks with the man in the blue coat swerving into the emergency lane at one point.
A truck passes by at one point, with one of the men attempting to get as close to it as possible while performing a trick.
The men then turn off down the A56 with the third member of the biker crew still filming them.
Later, the video cuts to a first-person view of the motorcyclist in the blue jacket on his rear wheel passing traffic.
The driver continues on his motorbikes rear wheel passing in-between traffic and then continuing to run a red like while doing a wheelie.
The video was posted with the caption: “Off road bike gang film themselves pulling wheelies on Manchester Roads and even the M60 motorway.
“The footage was believed to have been filmed over the weekend and was posted to social media. The riders rode through areas of Trafford, a borough of Manchester.”
Facebook users have been quick to slam the gang of bikers.
Andrea Dempster wrote: “These f***** clowns obviously have no interest in motocross.
“These bikes aren’t cheap, with mx bikes going missing every day, makes me ask the question.”
Craig Bickers added: “A few weeks back I saw one of these idiots fall off his bike, never smiled so hard.”
And Patricia Morgan commented: “Idiots.”
Greater Manchester said they are unable to provide a comment without the exact date and time of the incident.
