‘Do what makes you happy’: Harry Styles fan left stunned after superstar notices sign and dishes out dating advice

A CONCERT-GOER was left stunned after Harry Styles advised her to leave her boyfriend who allegedly cheated.

Cecilia Cavalcanti decided to put her heartbreak to one side and headed to Munich, Germany, where she attended Styles’ Love on Tour concert last Wednesday.

The 21-year-old from Graz, Austria had managed to get herself towards the front of the standing section at the Olympic Stadium in Munich.

A touching video shows Styles stopping his concert to take questions from fans and noticing the sign that Cecilia was holding in her hands.

The sign read: “He cheated. Should I forgive him?”

The 29-year-old singer-songwriter stands dressed in a striped polo shirt tucked into metallic silver trousers.

He then leans in to address Cecilia, saying: “Would you like to take this enquiry to the public?”

As Styles tells the crowd what the sign says, the almost 70,000 fans begin to chat in unison saying: “Dump him, dump him.”

However, the Redditch native hushes the crowd to address the broken-hearted Cecilia, asking: “Who is this person, how long have you been together?”

Cecilia confesses: “He’s a good boyfriend, almost five years, he says he’s sorry.”

The crowd begins to yell in disgust at the cheater as Styles jokingly yells: “Why, Flo, why, was it worth it to throw it all away?”

He then asks: “Is Flo here tonight?”

Cecilia replies with: “No, he’s working.”

Styles replies: “That’s unfortunate because I have some questions.”

The singer then rounds up the touching interaction by advising the young Austrian to do what makes her happy.

The crowd cheers again for Cecilia, who has since broken up with her boyfriend and is looking to live elsewhere.

Cecilia posted to social media on Wednesday to share the amazing moment, writing: “Thank you, Harold (and the 70,000 people in Munich N1) for your advice!”

The video received over 280,000 views with more than 2,000 comments as many fans delighted in the interaction between Styles and Cecilia.

One person joked: “‘’Do what makes you happy.’ Cecilia shooting her shot: ‘You make me happy.’

Another said: “The fact that we just heard a big wave of ‘Dump him…’”

A third commented: “Haha, I was there. Iconic moment.

A fourth added: “That was you? Omg, you deserve better.”

Another replied: “If Harry says you deserve better, then you deserve better.”

Speaking today, Cecilia said: “We’ve been together for five years and we are not really together at the moment.

“We still share an apartment and I’m currently looking for another apartment to move out, so we still talk here and there because we still live together but we aren’t together anymore.

“I started camping 45 hours before the show.

“A few months before the show, my boyfriend cheated on me and at the point of the video we were still together and he did not know about the sign.

“I was still pretty sad about the cheating and I still did not know if I should just leave him or forgive him and move on from it.

“The girl I camped with, Kattie, told me to ask Harry if I should forgive him and said that only Harry could help me in this situation.

“So I did and Harry saw it, read it and said, ‘We will come back to you! What do you think?’

“He never really said to dump him but I could see that he meant it.

“He said that I should do whatever makes me happy, but he knows I deserve better.

“Harry is always very caring and loving to his fans but it felt really special to me, to see that he listened to carefully and that he showed me that my feelings matter.

“I really felt seen and heard by him.”

Styles is currently on his 2023 Love On Tour and will play to 70,000 fans at Murrayfield Stadium in Edinburgh on Friday and Saturday.
