Luxury £2m Spanish villa with two pools could be yours for just £10

A LUXURY £2m Spanish villa, complete with four bedrooms and two pools, could be yours for as little as £10.

One lucky person is guaranteed to win the ultimate holiday home, along with £250,000 in cash – for potentially as little as a packet of cigarettes.

The Spanish Villa, set in the holiday hotspot of Marbella, is up for grabs as part of a new prize draw raising funds for Teenage Cancer Trust.

The three-storey, four-bedroom luxury villa is being raffled by fundraising company Omaze, and is the company’s first house draw outside the UK.

The £2m villa features a 50m swimming pool, and an additional plunge pool too.

Located on Marbella’s famous Golden Mile, the 12,000 sq ft villa has a contemporary design, and will provide an idyllic holiday retreat for the lucky winner.

Featuring floor-to-ceiling windows, the property boasts a living room and dining area connected by a large built-in fireplace that sits in the centre of the villa.

The kitchen features a central breakfast bar with granite worktops, stainless steel units and brand-new Siemens equipment throughout.

Glass sliding doors connect to the garden, where the winner will find a 50m swimming pool surrounded by terraces and sun lounge areas – as well as a plunge pool to cool down after the winner has topped up their tan.

There is also a hammock in the shaded garden, for those who like to snooze after sunbathing.

The holiday home boasts four-bedrooms and bathrooms, with the main bedroom featuring its own balcony, walk-in wardrobe and a luxury en-suite bathroom with bath and rainfall shower.

A rooftop solarium offers views of the Mediterranean Sea and the Sierra Blanca Mountain Range.

The winner is also given a life-changing £250,000 in cash as part of Omaze’s first ever Superdraw – which will also see a raft of supercars given away including a McLaren GT, a Porsche 911 GTS Cabriolet and a Jaguar I-Pace.

The winner is free to either holiday in the house, rent it out or sell it.

If the winner does decide to rent it out, local estate agents estimate that the property could achieve more than £100,000 a year from rentals.

As well as making its grand prize winner a multi-millionaire – the Marbella Superdraw will also support Teenage Cancer Trust.

The money raised will help Teenage Cancer Trust to fund specialist nurses, youth support teams and hospital units within the NHS making sure cancer doesn’t stop young people living their lives.

This is the second time Teenage Cancer Trust has partnered with Omaze, having been the fundraising platform’s first charity partner when it launched in the UK in 2020.

That initial campaign raised £250,000 to help young people with cancer during the pandemic.

The money raised helped to fund over 5,000 hours of Teenage Cancer Trust nursing care.

For this campaign, Omaze have guaranteed a minimum donation of £100,000.

The draw is backed by Olympic Champion Diver and Teenage Cancer Trust Ambassador – Matty Lee MBE – who recently won gold at this year’s Commonwealth games.

Matty said: “The partnership is fantastic – it’s raising money and awareness for such an important charity – which will help to ensure it can continue its life changing work supporting young people with cancer.

“Everyone who enters is contributing towards this vital cause – I really hope that lots of people can support this brilliant campaign.”

Paul McKenzie, Director of Fundraising, Teenage Cancer Trust, said:“Cancer doesn’t just devastate a young person’s health, it threatens to take away everything they care about – their identity, their independence and their dreams.

“Our incredible nurses and support teams do all they can to stop that happening, and make sure that cancer doesn’t stop young people living their lives.

“We are so grateful to Omaze for their continued support for teens and young adults with cancer, because to put it simply, without the generosity of the public and partners like Omaze, nothing we do would be possible.”

James Oakes at Omaze said: “We’re honoured to be partnering with Teenage Cancer Trust again for our brand new Superdraw.

“By offering our first ever European property, with this luxury villa in Marbella and £250,000 in cash, we’re not only giving people the chance to win an amazing house, but also raising money and introducing charities to brand new audiences.

“We’re incredibly proud that the Omaze community has already raised £6,750,000 for UK charities since we launched in 2020 alongside Teenage Cancer Trust.”
