Lewis Capaldi stunned after fan serenades him whilst out for a quiet drink with friends

SCOTS singer Lewis Capaldi was left stunned after being serenaded by a fan whilst out for a quiet drink with friends.

The chart topper was enjoying a drink with friends when he was approached by a fan named Ella who opted to offer some entertainment to the much-loved musician.

Whilst Capaldi can be seen sitting back in his chair, Ella begins to sing one of the West Lothian stars’ most well-known hits.

A short clip captures Ella performing Capaldi’s number one single Someone You Loved while the star leans against the wooden structure of the booth.

The 27-year-old listens intently as fan Ella sings her heart out to Capaldi who appears to enjoy the rendition.

The young songstress sporting a grey hoodie and gilet appears unfazed in the singer’s company as she showcases her impressive vocal range.

One of Capaldi’s friends can be seen filming Ella as she sings two of Capaldi’s hit songs before shaking the star’s hand.

Capaldi jokingly teases Ella during the performance, saying: “She doesn’t know the words, oh it’s still going.”

As Ella finishes her singsong, Capaldi holds out his hand and thanks her for the performance before Ella tells him: “It’s my pleasure.”

Ella shared the hilarious video on social media last week with the caption: “Lewis Capaldi, we love you”.
